Not a Tawa Squash Club member?

Not a problem.  You can still book a court and play squash on a prepaid casual basis. 

Press the button below and complete the one-time registration form to access our online booking system and prepay for a squash game. 

 

The standard cost is $20 per court for a 45-minute session.

 

 If you are playing another full member, the cost is $10.  Your online booking will generate a PIN number to allow access to the building and turn on the court lights. 

 

Play seven days a week from 7.00 am - 10.00 pm with bookings up to 8 days in advance. 

 

Future bookings are easy. Just log into the booking system, select your desired booking time,  prepay for your game, and you are set to go.  No membership commitments - just Pay and Play

Steps to Register and make a booking

​

  1. Register below with Hello Club using the button below, No need to select a membership option when you register

  2. Once logged into Hello Club, click bookings and select the day and time slot you wish to play.

  3. In the New Squash Booking wizard, typically you would select a Booking Type of Visitor to make a whole court booking.

  4. Ensure Send yourself a confirmation email is selected so you receive important information about the booking, including the PIN number to access the front door

  5. Note the message at the bottom of the New Booking screen that indicates how much credit you will need on your account to be able to use this booking.  

  6. You will receive a PIN on confirmation of this booking, but you will need to ensure you have enough credit on your account before it can be used.

  7. To top-up your Account Credit, in Hello Club, click the three bars at the top left of the screen and select Account

  8. Click CREDIT ACCOUNT to top-up your account

At the Club:

​

  1. Enter the front door by entering your allocated PIN number. 

  2. Enter the court foyer door at ground level on the left as you come into the club.

  3. The Hello Club console is located on the back wall. Enter your PIN number and confirm your court booking.
